EPHRAIM FUNG
Ephraim is the principal lawyer of Fung Law Group.
Ephraim advises on a wide range of real estate, wills and estates, and business matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, purchases and sales, lending and refinancing, and estate planning and probate.
Ephraim was born, raised, and currently resides on the North Shore with his wife, Sophie, and their dog.
When not in the office, Ephraim can be found playing bass guitar with his band and testing out new recipes in the kitchen.
Prior to starting this firm, I was a partner in the Real Estate and Business Law groups at one of Vancouver’s leading law firms. I have built my career on one doctrine: be the lawyer that I would want to hire. With me, you will receive practical, efficient, and responsive legal services without any compromise in quality. MARK WESTWOOD
Mark is an associate lawyer at Fung Law Group and is a designated Trust and Estates Practitioner with STEP Canada.
Mark advises on a variety of business and personal legal matters, with a focus on wills and estates. He is committed to helping clients make informed decisions with their estate planning and assisting clients with their estate administration matters.
Mark grew up in the Lower Mainland and graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law.
He enjoys travelling, exploring the coastline, and Vancouver’s diverse food scene.

Shannen grew up in and earned her undergraduate degree in Vancouver. She spends her spare time devouring books across a variety of genres and listening to music for hours on end.

The cost of preparing a will in British Columbia varies depending on complexity. It’s important to us that Wills and Estate planning is accessible, so our pricing is competitive. We’re happy to provide a quote after a short conversation about your circumstances. We also prepare powers of attorney and representation agreements, which are often done at the same time to save on costs.

Yes. We incorporate companies Provincially under the BC Business Corporations Act and Federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act. This includes setting up the appropriate share structure, drafting articles, preparing initial resolutions, and organizing your minute book. We also provide ongoing annual maintenance and corporate governance services.

In British Columbia, a legal professional must handle the legal transfer of property. A real estate lawyer reviews the contract of purchase and sale, conducts title searches, arranges mortgage documentation with your lender, and handles the registration of the property transfer at the Land Title Office.
